The quickest way to find your license key or activation code is from the order confirmation/Invoice that was emailed to you when you purchased from ZoneAlarm.com website.

Or

If you've misplaced your order confirmation/Invoice email you can also look up your license key or activation code from your My-Zone online account.

Open your browser and navigate to the following page:

Click here: https://www.zonealarm.com/myaccount/

• You can login to your My-Zone account which was setup at the time of your online purchase.
• Enter your E-mail address which was used on your order at the time of purchase.
• Enter your account password.
• If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password to be emailed to you from the account login page. Just click the link 'Forgot Your Password' located under the Log In button.
• Once your logged in click on 'Manage Account'
• Then click on the View Order History button
• Find your most recent Billed order and click on the View Details button. You can then Copy and Paste your License key or Activation code from the order.
