I can't get streaming video to work with ZoneAlarm running Updated September 29, 2017 11:44 Some streaming video programs need to be allowed past the firewall, you will need to do the following : The program will require Access rights when it asks If the streaming video still does not connect, then do the following: Open ZoneAlarm >> Click Antivirus & Firewall In the Advanced firewall section Click Settings Click the Advanced Settings button Check the box to Allow Uncommon Protocols At High Security Click the OK button and close ZoneAlarm Close and reopen the streaming audio/video program If the above does not work then you may need to change the Public Zone to the Medium setting while using streaming video, and set it back to high when you are done.
