Zone alarm shows that my subscriptin has expired , when it is still valid for several more months. Only on my Windows 7 Operating system.

Hello and welcome!

I am afraid Zonealarm Extreme Next Gen. only supports Windows 10 onward. See here: System requirements – ZoneAlarm Support Center. Therefore it is not tested or supposed to work with Windows 7
