If you purchased ZoneAlarm through Digital River, (the order number would have 8 numbers) you can contact them by using the following link:

This link will allow you to:

  • Get your license key(s)
  • Re-download your products, including bundled software.

    NOTE - We can not provide downloads other than ZoneAlarm products, all others must be obtained through Digital River if purchased there) 

  • Print an invoice again
  • Contact customer service representatives
  • Get answers to general questions.
