Changing auto-renewal preferences

Note: It is recommended to set your subscription to renew automatically to keep the protection on your device going.  

 

When you purchase a ZoneAlarm subscription from our website, it is set to renew automatically. You can change this setting from your account.


Turn Auto-renewal on/off: 

  1. Login to myAccount.

  2. Enter your email address/order number and password.

    If lost or forgotten your password, just click the link Click Forgot your password? to be emailed directions how to change it .

  3. Once you have logged in click My Products from the tab menu.

  4. You can now turn off or on the auto renewal for each product you own by clicking the Turn off/on auto renewal link beneath each product with this option enabled.
