How to login and submit an email request.

To submit and email request you must first have a support center account.

The support center account is completely separate from any and all other ZoneAlarm accounts you may already have (such as a MyAccount, purchasing account, and Check Point User Center account)

You will need to create a ZoneAlarm support center account, verify the account by email and then you can login to submit a email request.

To begin at the top right of the ZoneAlarm support center main page.

Click on 'Sign In'

If you don't have a ZoneAlarm support center account click on 'Sign up' in bottom left of the prompt.

Fill out the form presented with your Full name and valid email address and click Sign up.

Within 5-10 mins you will get a welcome email which you must verify your email address and create a password so you can sign-in to your new support center account. Not doing so you will not be able to login.

After email verification is complete you can return to the sign in page and login.

Note: If you prefer you can used a social media account you already have to create and account and login.

After signing in successfully You will see that the 'Sign in' at the top right of the support page has changed to your name.  You can click on that drop down to view your tickets, a a few other miscellaneous items. 

To summit an email request click on the Submit Request button towards the bottom of the page.

If it takes you to the Sign in page that indicates your not logged in.

Otherwise you must use the form that will presented and fully fill it out to submit your ticket.
