How do I change my billing address and phone number.

To update your account address, phone number, password you must log in to your online My Zone Account.

Click here: https://www.zonealarm.com/myaccount

  • Once you're logged in click on 'Manage Account'
  • Then click on the Change Information button
  • After you have updated your information click the Save Information button
  • Now your information has been updated in our records.
