Sometimes users receive multiple emails from ZoneAlarm. These can range from Special Offers to Renewal notices.
This can be caused by having multiple email addresses in our database. If a user registers using multiple email addresses, or if your Internet service provider merged or changed domain names, both email addresses will be in our database (such as USWEST changing to QWEST).
If you receive duplicates, you can simply delete the ones you do not need, or unsubscribe that email address. The fastest and most accurate way to be removed from our email lists is to use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we have sent.
