Sometimes you may receive multiple emails from ZoneAlarm, from Special Offers to Renewal notices.
This can be caused by having multiple email addresses in our database. If you have purchased or registered using multiple email addresses, or if your Internet service provider merged or changed domain names, both email addresses will be in our database (such as ATTBI changing to COMCAST).
If you receive duplicates, you can simply delete the ones you do not need, or unsubscribe that email address.
The fastest and most accurate way to be removed from our email lists is to use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails we have sent. Be sure to do this FROM each email account used to receive our emails.
