Sunday afternoon, wanted support, it says "Email 24/7", you clink the link, instead the rubbish chat comes up saying "Not online at preset", I know that, I want to send an email ! WTF !

  • Normally, when not online an offline form should be displayed. Better trying during working days via the online chat.

    Have you tried via this link: ZoneAlarm Support Center, at the bottom of the page there is a link to submit a request.

  • I tried to access Live Chat which is advertised as available 24 x 7 Mon - Fri but there is not option to select it. So I sent an email and got a response to try using Live Chat! I am in Australia, the local date / time is Wednesday 24 August, 1315 hrs.

    I renewed my license for Extreme Security for 3 PCs but when I went to update the virus signatures and then update Zone Alarm on my old laptop running Windows 8.1, I get a message that this OS is not supported "at this time". It was working OK until I renewed my license.
