Since purchasing and installing zonealarm firewall I can no longer load some of my websites (Like my bank) what am I doing wrong?

    I need to know the complete ZoneAlarm version info.

    1. Open your ZoneAlarm software.

    2. Click Help on the upper right option, then select About.

    3. Click the Copy to clipboard and paste the info as a reply. 

    To paste, press Ctrl + V, then Enter or right click on comments box and choose Paste. 

    Also, what happens when you visit the website?

    Is there any error about the connection when you attempt to visit the website? 

    Are you experiencing the same problem using another browser?
