Zonealarm Extreme Security

Hi, I got myself a new laptop with Win11OS and proceeded to install Zonealarm Extreme. Initially the installation went well. After couple a minutes I received a notification that the software I installed in out of date and requested that I install a latest version. I download and installed the new software. I notice that Zonealarm app is not shown on the show hidden icons. When I double clicked on the Zonealarm shotcut, the program went through the process of opening but the 'timer' dial disappeared. Nothing happen after that. Whenever I reboot my laptop, I now have to manually start Zonealarm in Window Security -> Firewall & network protection. I have tried to unistalled Zonealarm Security but without success. To make the matter worse, Zonealarm app is now not showing as an app in All apps. However there is a folder for 'Check Point' This is driving me crazy. Would anyone able to help me as I can't seem to access Live chat on Zonealarm website.

  • Hi, I want to install Zone alarm on my new Laptop, but it won't install it blocks out

    Is there something I need to close so it will install ?

  • I was informed I needed to upgrade to Extreme and I said okay.  It went through the Un-install but never came back to install the new system

    the best is to make use of the live chat help as posting in a 3 years old thread is unlikely to be seen any time soon. If you go to the support section of the Zonealarm site (ZoneAlarm Support Center) you should see a chat link at the right bottom left of the web page.
