Zone Alarm Interferes with Outlook Office 365?

I cannot send a message with Outlook 365 anymore. The messages accumulate in the Outbox and they never get sent. Any help would be very welcome. My ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall Version is

    The description that you given does not indicate or show that ZoneAlarm is blocking your outbound email.

    Check the ZoneAlarm logs and see if you  find blocked firewall logs each time you try to send email and you will see your email server IP address .  If you don't see your email server IP address logged as blocked then ZA is not blocking it.
