Anti-Phishing technology won't let me enter data

I'm trying to order parts on the Dyson website. ZA starts scanning the email entry box, but never ends the scan: "Scanning..................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................." 

Same with the other entry boxes.

Turning off Anti-Phishing doesn't turn it off, either.

    Thank you for reaching out. If ZoneAlarm is continuously scanning entry fields on the Dyson website, clearing your browser cache and cookies may help resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below based on your browser:

    For Google Chrome:

    1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
    2. Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
    3. Choose All time as the time range.
    4. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    5. Click Clear data, then restart your browser.

    For Microsoft Edge:

    1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
    2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
    3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
    4. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    5. Click Clear now, then restart Edge.

    For Mozilla Firefox:

    1. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
    2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
    3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data.
    4. Check both options and click Clear, then restart Firefox.

    After clearing the cache and cookies, try ordering parts on the Dyson website again. If the issue persists, please contact live chat for real time assistance.
