I am logged in to the support page there is no link for live chat.  Only shows the hours.  I have been a customer for over 15 years.  Why do you make support so hard to contact?

    Hello,

    Our chat is up and running and we help 100's of customers every day.
    So we know it works 100% and is up and running. 

    Reasons that can prevent you from getting to our chat are.

    -Your browser default setting were changed and block our chat.
    -You have an browser extension(s) installed that blocks our chats. (not including our harmony/web secure extension)
    -Another application of some type on your PC Or an application installed on your PC  such as an application meant to block ads or for privacy could be blocking our chat or some other security privacy function.
    -You might have a network device of some type that is looking at the data passed over your network and blocks data on purpose or not and causing an issue for our chat.

    The quickest way to rule out the browser is to install a different browser you NEVER had on the PC and use that to contact live chat.
    If that does not work then its not the browser but one or more of the other items mentioned.

    Also make sure you contact support when we are open.  If you contact us in the late evening hours or early morning the possibilities of chat being closed for break and lunch is higher so contact it during the afternoon our time zone below.
