seeing you are not protected message on ZA window. asking to reboot

I am seeing you are not protected message on ZA window. the S/W is asking to reboot, which I have done multiple time, however this message does not go away.  I have the next gen version with anti virus , hacking protection and etcetera which are all showing green. why do i still see the not protected message

    Can you upload a screenshot of the error message. So that may be other understand better the issue? And which exact version number of ZA NextGen are you running?

  • All seems in order in terms of version numbers, however you antivirus definition are out of date (stuck on May 2024). This is why, most likely, the software is warning you... I think something got corrupted somewhere. Best would be to uninstall ZA and try to install it fresh. Always reboot after ZA has been removed. 

    May be wait some weeks before installing the keylogger part, first ensure that ZA works fine and updates correctly.
