I just renewed my Extreme Security on this Windows 10 64-Bit system.  My program box says "Your Computer Is At Risk" even though I subscribed to this Ransomeware Protection.  There is a "Fix Now" button that is frozen.  There is a switch on that tab that is Off and I cannot turn On.  That is frozen too.  What is next?  Should I have reinstalled the program new?

    1. Right-click on the ZoneAlarm icon located near the time/clock in the lower right corner of your screen.
    2. Select "About" from the context menu.
    3. Once the "About" information box appears, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom left of the box.
    4. Click "OK" to close the information box.
    5. Reply to this email and paste (CTRL+V) the copied information into the body of your reply.
