restore settings from earlier versions to NG

I made a backup of the zonealarm settings of the previous version and have now updated to NG. but 'preference' an 'restore' are gone. Since the firewall doesn't block any program untill I manually turn on the program blocking in the program control, and there is no 'snooze internet' I miss a lot of features

Is there a way to restore old backups to NG?
