Fed up getting ads for a product I already have that has another year to run. Then being unable to use the app to scan my phone or iPad until I can remember the darn code/ password to get it removed.

    Hello Sheila,

     

    We don't show advertisements on our Mobile Security products.

     

    May I ask for a screenshot of the advertisement you are getting on your phone?

     

    I also need the following.

     

    iOS version.

     

    iPhone model.

     

    Mobile Security version.

     

    To get the Mobile Security version, open Mobile Security. Tap the settings icon located at the upper right corner, scroll down, and tap About. 

    Get the version number in the lower right corner when the About section is up. Please send the build version to us
