Cannot uninstall ZA Next – ZoneAlarm Support Center

I get an error that reads missing insthelper.exe. How can I uninstall ZA?

03-08-24 I also can't get ZA to Uninstall, bought a 2 yr 5 device subscription.
Chat help useless & bad advising.

Same here! cannot update 1 year on the license left, cannot uninstall and cannot download Next Gen as the old one that can not be uninstalled is still there. Come on please? How to get past this?
