  Either the download is corrupted or your current security/OS is blocking it from running. Are you able to right click on it and check the properties of the file?

  Thanks for the reply.  I tried checking Security settings in properties, etc.  No luck.  Tried deleteing file and re-downloading, no luck.  rebooting pc - no luck. I also downloaded some other app update files and had no issues with them - just this new ZA file.  I've run out of ideas.

  When you say, properties--> no luck, what does it mean? do you get an error? Can you check the file size? Do you have other security tools installed? Have you tried to save it in another location? Thanks

  1.  Checked file properties, security tab Admin and myself have full control.

  2.  Error I get is this:

  [Window Title]
  C:\Users\gjwel\Downloads\ZoneAlarmNGSetup_ZANG_XTRM(2).exe

  [Content]
  Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

  [OK]

  3.  file size is always: 1,126 KB

  4.  No other tools installed.

  5.  Tried a different location - same error.

  Thanks for sticking with me, I am scratching my head on this one.
